Every summer we usually pull our RV trailer across Canada from Vancouver Island to Ailsa Craig where some of our family lives. Last fall we stored our RV trailer at our family's hobby farm. So before we drove back to Ailsa Craig, we had our son-in-law drop our trailer at Great Escape RV to give the trailer a spring tune up and to repair an electrical problem with our hot water system. We called the Sales department on May 8, 2024 and they were very friendly. They transferred us to the service department and we had a workorder written up. The Service manager, Alex was extremely friendly and helpful. He understood that we were from BC and he also understood how important that our RV trailer was serviced and ready to pick up on Friday, June 7th. When we arrived at Great Escape on that date around 5:30 pm, our trailer was ready to go !! We have been using the trailer for almost a month now and everything that was serviced is working well. Thank you Alex for a job well done !! We would recommend Great Escape RV to everyone and we will come back whenever we need them again !!!

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience at the RV Great Escape dealership. We interacted with two office staff employees and one serviceman. They were all courteous, friendly and very helpful. We simply asked if it were possible to lower our shank hitch ball and asked how much would it cost. He just asked if our vehicle was here with the hitch on it. We were pleasantly surprised when he said that it wouldn't cost us anything. The serviceman came out to see us in the front parking lot and quickly provided the service that we needed. Now this company just showed us that they have built a business on excellent customer service and on excellent customer satisfaction !! I would recommend them to anyone. We didn't tell them that we were just visiting Ontario from Vancouver Island , British Columbia. Thank you RV Great Escape !! You have made a great impression on visitors/ tourists from western Canada. You made us feel welcomed and cared for !!!

We rented a micro Minnie for a week and it was amazing! Came with all the necessities for “glamping”. Justin and his team were amazing and so informative for us first time trailer people. Would do it again! Anyone looking for a rental - this is the place to go!

My experience from Great Escape was definitely not that!
The sales experience was awesome, I drove from 3 hours away to deal with Great Escape and it was worth it. They have always been readily available to chat via email or phone and I had many many questions.
The service afterwards was equally well done. If I had an issue it was addressed and they went out of their way to accommodate and be flexible as I was coming in from out of town.
I would recommend Great Escape hands down.

James went out of his way to show us all of our options and answered all of our questions - even though he showed us one that made our hearts jump and his trade in offer was great we did not buy it - but just based on how we were treated when we are ready this will be thew dealer of choice for us.

Kudos to Great Escape RV. They helped us while we tried to solve a problem with an RV that we had borrowed from a friend. In the end, we did not require the part we had purchased and they were extremely kind and helpful in allowing us to return it. Good folk!

Jim in the service department was helpful and we'll informed, His tech was able to find our problem and fix it in a reasonable time. Even though their schedule was full they worked us in and then showed us all the things we needed to know to avoid future problems, it was a first rate experience from beginning to end, I would highly recommend this business,

An exceptional place with real customer service. The team was amazing and we were treated like old friends. Sales lady stayed way later to make our needs happen. The service manager Dan was amazing and kept every promise with mo excuses.

This place bent over backwards to make us happy with of coarse realistic requests. If every RV dealership had a service manager like Great Escape then they might actually have competition. I highly recommend Great Escape to anyone as they go up and beyond other places.

Ria is a very knowledgeable sales person who was patient as we looked and answered all out questions.

When our trailer arrived (a Sunday) they took the time to open it up so we could spend some time in the trailer. This was huge for us as we were picking it up on a Wednesday and leaving the Friday morning for our first outing.

The trailer was cleaned when we picked it up and everything work, we have had one small issue which I call in on Monday morning and Dan had it resolve that day.

We are very happy with the trailer, service and would not hesitate to recommend Great Escape.

We are now proud owners of a new Salem, purchased from Great Escape. The owner and staff were very knowledgeable and we felt like we got great value for our money. The PDI is very thorough and operational instructions are very helpful to newbies like us!
